Minutes to Approve
The Board Meeting Minutes for February 1, 2023 were approved.
Informational Items
Tympani Transport for Spring Concert
The tympani will need to be moved from the Music Center of Northwest to National Nordic Museum. Doug will ask the symphony members at rehearsal if anyone has a van that can be used.
Front of the House Persons
The Spring Concert will need a person at the door to greet people, hand out programs and to watch the cashbox. Doug's wife maybe available.
Next Year's Schedule and Venues
Doug has posted next year's schedule. The concert venues used this year worked well for us. Joan will need to set the dates with the venues soon to secure them for next season. The National Nordic Museum costs double the amount that St. James asks for. We may need to reevaluate this location based on how the Spring 2023 Concert goes.
Membership/Registration Issues
Anne, Bruce and Doug will be meeting to discuss potential changes to membership/registration. They will be trying to make some of changes that Anne requested during the last meeting.
Finance Report
The donations are a little behind last quarter. The grant money has not come in yet. Jackie will need to check on the grant status.
Next Board Meeting
The next Board Meeting will Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Doug's house at 7:00 p.m.
